By accessing and using the services provided by 360dmat ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Merchant Responsibility
As a merchant on 360dmat, you are solely responsible for the products you list, the content you provide, and the fulfillment of orders to your customers. You must ensure that your business activities comply with all applicable local and international laws.
3. Subscription and Fees
360dmat offers various subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro). Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 360dmat. Merchants retain ownership of their own branding, logos, and product content uploaded to the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall 360dmat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your use of the service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
